We are very proud to offer Cool for sale! He is gorgeous, talented and tries incredibly hard help you win. Randy Paul chose this gelding at the 2024 Western Bloodstock NCHA sale; he comes out of Turner West’s 2-year-old program. Cool was shown as a 3-year-old in the Open Futurities and has never gone to a horse show without pulling a check. He placed 6th in the 2025 NSHA Open Futurity and 2nd in the Intermediate winning over 18,000$ at one show! He went onto the NRCHA Open futurity in Fort Worth where he won the High Score Intermediate Herd work with a 218.5.

This gelding is all Cow Horse, he is cow smart, gritty and tied to a cow. He can handle tough cattle and consistently crushes his first fence turn. He hunts the head in the circles and boxes with style. Speed is not a factor for Cool, he does his job in a relaxed, yet intense way. Cool’s rein work is pretty! He was trained by Randy Paul who made him extremely automatic in his circles, changes and stops. He has a ton of eye appeal and the ability to plus most maneuvers. Outside the arena, Cool has been used to gather cattle, rope the sled, and ranch ride.
Cool is a sound, low maintenance show horse with the talent and intensity to take you to the pay window. He will be shown in the Open Derby at the 2026 NRCHA Western Derby!
