Tabasco is an adorable and uncomplicated gelding with a great mind. He is a beautiful mover, catty, and has an excellent stop. He is very trainable, and loaded with talent. He is being hauled and shown regularly in RCH and VRH including this years NRCHA Level 1 Snaffle Bit Futurity in Fort Worth.
He is NP/AM friendly and loves pleasing his rider. If you are looking for a nice solid mount for your kid to show cow horse or versatility and they know how to ride – this is the guy right here. The sky is the limit for this great young gelding!
Tabasco has been so easy to train and stays that way, picking up new things very easily. In addition to his showing and show training, he has been ridden out on the ranch gathering and moving cattle, being hit in the belly by wild pheasant, etc.
Tabasco is sweet, kind, and a pleasure to be around with impeccable manners – easy to shoe, bathe, saddle, catch etc. He has a big heart and is loaded with try. UTD on everything and has always had the very best of care and feed.
His dam is an NRCHA earning daughter of Im Countin Checks (LTE 514k) that we trained and showed. She is 14.2h, catty with a ton of cow and an unstoppable work ethic. We matched her with our stallion, Bob Hes Quick (NRCHA/AQHA earning son of Bet Hesa Cat) and they hit it out of the park!! He’s a horse of a lifetime!! Tabasco is 5 panel n/n by parentage and a little under 14.1h now with a stout build.
We would love to keep him in training here for his new folks at a discounted rate. If not, he deserves to go to a reputable performance program and continue his very bright future in RCH and VRH.
