There is truly nothing this horse would say no to! Gator is very straight forward to stop, spin, and change leads on, and has a lot of style on a cow. Has never been cow fresh, you can honestly jump on and go to working and he will hook right on!
Gator is just about as laid back as it comes and built like an absolute tank! Limited NRCHA showing in the Non Pro Derbies with limited earnings, however he has proven himself to be very easy to prepare and show. He is very honest to ride, and never gives you more than what you ask for.
Gator has proven to be a great show horse, but has also seen many miles on the ranch and in the branding pen. He’s packed novice ropers in the branding pen the past two years, and is truly a pleasure to ride on the trails or gather cattle on, without any fuss when riding on his own either!
I’ve owned him since he was a yearling, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him have a bad day. He’s been a pleasure to own since day one. Loads, ties, clips and bathes well.
