Anyone can ride and show him. He is extremely cowy and is a great boxing horse. Originally trained as a reiner, Sailor’s exceptional breeding allowed him to easily transition over to the Reined Cow Horse and Ranch Riding events. Using himself to run his large fast circles, he can also execute his catty moves across a cow. Sailor being the smooth and fluid mover that he is always seems to catch the judge’s eye when performing a ranch riding pattern.

Sailor is an individual with a heart of gold. Point him in any direction you’d like to go and he’ll put forth more effort then you could ever ask for. This includes flawless lead changes, quick footed turn arounds and so much more! This gelding has been used on the ranch as well! This includes sorting calves. Ridden on the trail, Sailor is aware of his surroundings and loves to see the sights! Sailor is a well grounded horse that has proven himself to not only be a show horse but also a best buddy to someone if you give him the chance.
